KCWHL elections will be after practice on JULY 13 at Line Creek!

We are excited to announce the upcoming elections for the positions of President and Treasurer. This is your chance to shape the future of the league and ensure its continued success and growth. Whether you have a passion for leadership or budgeting, or a desire to make a positive impact, we encourage you to run for office or support your fellow members by voting.

Want to run? E-mail KCWHL with a photograph and a paragraph about why KCWHLers should vote for you! Deadline to announce candidacy is June 29th. All interested officers will be placed on a ballot and voting will be July 13 after . Eligibility is open to all KCWHLers. This is a volunteer position and the commitment is for 2 years. The board meets every quarter for 1-2 hours and volunteer time each week/month depends on the position. Officer descriptions are on our website: https://kcwhl.com/officers

Officer position elections are staggered with Class A in 2024 and Class B elections in 2025. Class A positions are President and Treasurer. Class B positions are Vice President, Registrar, Communications. Elected officers will serve for a two year term.

Get ready for the 3rd Annual Pond Hockey Classic!

Register and pay by January 21 on benchapp.

We are changing some things up this year. This year we will have two divisions: the big dogs (upper level) and the lil’ doggies (lower level). Players can pick their teams or sign up as free agents. Teams will consist of three players all in the same division.

Big Dogs: Can skate backwards/crossover/stop. Solid grasp of the fundamentals- stick handling, shooting, passing, high D and C league

Lil’ Doggies: newer players, learning how to skate backward/crossovers/stop, Z league, low D

*If you have a question about which division you are in send Kate or Nicole a message and we can help.* Be honest in your assessment of your division level. KCWHL has the right to move a person up or down based on our assessment.

We will be collecting donations for an Always & Furever project!

Pond hockey t-shirts will be available to purchase with all proceeds going to Always & Furever. More details to come.

$40 for 3 hours of play ($20 for season pass holders).
